Born in New York City Jeffrey Dvi-vardhana returned and started his post graduate career at HLW LLP primarily working in Interior Design projects that included the Award Winning Healthcare Charles B. Rangel Center Project. In the Broadcasting studio at HLW he was on the Design team for the Master Plan and development for buildings A +B for Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta, Georgia.

Prior to leaving NYC he joined the Walker Group/CNI where he was on the Design team for the Award Winning  Max Center in Bilbao, Spain.

In 2000, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts and worked Elkus-Manfredi Architects and The Stubbins Group (Now Kling Stubbins). At Elkus-Manfredi Jeff was on the design and production team that developed the vertical Retail Space for the Shoppes at Columbus Circle. A four year undertaking that was coordinated with SOM and all of the retail and restaurant tenants. In 2004 the mixed used development that was a total 1.4 Billion construction project came to a conclusion. Located at Columbus Circle, this project won the Construction News Project of the Year in 2004.

At The Stubbins Group, Jeff worked on one of the first large scale Hospitality Revit Projects to be taken to completion; The Marriott Renaissance Hotel was completed in 2006. He was also the lead designer for designing the entry Lobby Space for the Boston Headquarters for Digitas.

By 2005 Jeff relocated to Atlanta Georgia and started to work for Cooper Carry architects. At Cooper Carry Jeff worked in the Mixed Use Studio and Higher Education Studios and continued to work in Revit. Georgia State University Freshman Dormitory (Patton Hall) was the firm’s first project in Revit that was taken from Schematic Design thru Construction Administration. While at Cooper Carry, he instituted, for the second time, Internal Design reviews with the various studios in order to encourage the development of junior staff. Jeff coordinated the junior staff to present their current project, typically two weeks prior to a major deadline, to higher level staff from a different studio.

In the spring of 2008, Georgia Institute of Technology had a larger than normal freshman class and was invited to teach the second half of their First year studios.

During the middle of the slow economy, Jeff was able to contract his services to a variety of firms. Lord Aeck Sargent contracted him 2010 to design their New Technical College at Southern Crescent located in Griffin, Georgia. He was responsible for the exterior core/ shell, and the main lobby design.

As a contractor in 2012 at Wakefield Beasley and Associates, Jeff was hired to secure a $100 million dollar project the Forsyth Courthouse and Detention Center The Forsyth County Courthouse and Detention Center project was the largest project that was awarded in the state of Georgia. Afterwards he was hired full time in 2013, and developed both buildings thru Construction Documents.

In 2015 Jeff and his wife moved to Seattle Washington where he worked for Ankrom Moisan architects for over 3 years. His team developed Chroma with Nash-Holland Partners and is one of the most vibrant apartments in Seattle Washington. With over 500 combined units and 320 parking spaces it is situated in the heart of South Lake union. Prior to leaving Ankrom Moisan, He was the PA for another Two apartments @ Yesler Terrace that would yield an additional 450+ apartments to the Seattle Market.

Jeff spent two years working at NBBJ on a project by Urban Visions called The Net focusing on the more technical aspects of the building from the inside out, being the revit manager and overall project coordination. Sadly, this project has been put on hold.

In 2020 he joined the firm of Encore Architects hoping this would be his last stop. Jeff was then assigned to their first High Rise project for Alliance Residential Company in Bellevue. The Holden of Bellevue 8 stoy mid-rise and the 23 story independet living Watermark are both set to open in the spring pof 2024. Jeff was added to the Filament East and West team to complete a pair of mid-rise brother and sister buildingsi n Bellevue for Vulcan Real Estate, both buildings are set to start construction in early 2024. Before leaving Encore Architects Jeff's last project was to develop a Supportive Housing Development for LIHI in Olympia Washington. This 71 unit apartment is planned to be completed in two years and will allow the occupants of the recently completed Tiny Home Vilage to move into a permanent housing solution.

Since his arrival in Seattle Jeff has been an integral part in developing over 1,700 units that range from Market Rate, Independent Living, Supportive Housing, memory care in Seattle, Bellevue and Olympia areas. He has a wide range of experience across many other sectors of work that include Higher Education, Laboratory Design and Retail to name a few.

In his spare time Jeff can be found with is wife and two children, or on the softball field.
